KOGENERACJA S.A. is licensed by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) to engage in the business of heat and power generation, heat transmission and distribution, and power trading and distribution.
In its settlements with the energy buyers, the Company uses the prices set in the tariffs

The Company was exempted from the obligation to submit the electricity tariff for approval by the decision of URE President no. OWR-4211-5(4)/2005/1276/SS of 23 June 2005. |
